Edith Gandy

Edith Gandy is President of TriSource Associates, LLC, a firm providing training and organizational development consulting services to a variety of clients from Fortune 500 companies to trade associations and non-profits. Her expertise includes senior-level executive coaching, customized corporate training seminars, organizational development consulting, keynote speaking, and facilitation of senior-level strategic planning retreats.

Edith’s background includes a B.A. in Education and an M.Ed. Degree in Educational Administration and graduate-level work in Psychology. Prior to forming TriSource Associates, LLC, she spent 17 years in the financial services industry in positions ranging from Human Resources Director and Director of Organizational Development to Executive Vice President of Trust and Investment Sales. She is currently on the faculty of the Florida Bankers Association’s Florida School of Banking and is a former faculty member of the Graduate School of Banking at LSU and the American Bankers Association’s Graduate Human Resources School.

Through TriSource Associates, Edith worked with the University of Florida for over 15 years, first as one of the partners in the formation of the University of Florida’s Leadership Development Institute, and later as a contracted consultant, facilitator, and executive coach with the UF Department of Workforce and Professional Development.  

Edith is a nationally recognized speaker on a variety of leadership, human resources, and organizational development topics.
